TRAVEL- the ultimate traveling solo guide

A scrunchy you can carry around with you that turns into a cover for your drinks to avoid getting spiked.
Nightcap drink cover scrunchy

Best if you are bringing a check in luggage with you. But this bag and the bag I will link below are both the most efficient and handy backpacks to own when travelling.
Best small travel back pack

This is by far the best bag pack to own. A full opening like this makes is easier to pack, but also will be a life saver when you need to find something in your bag, without needing to empty your bag out to find it. It comes in multiple colours and travel squares to make packing easier, and have a few designs that make it harder to pickpocket.
The ULTIMATE travel back pack

A one-in-all universal travel adaptor that is needed to be in your bag for every single travels!
Universal Travel Adapter

This one is even better against pick pockets as it doesn’t have a clip and can be wrapped around your chest.
More stylish & more secure banana bag

If you are looking into getting a suitcase, I HIGHLY recommend getting one like this or this one. As the wheels are much more secure than the hard cased suitcases (which I broke 2 on Europe side walks), you can also carry them easily which in Europe and Asia will be a massive life changer as stairs and no elevators is a common problem. They are also harder to steal from and break than hard shell suitcases believe it or not.
Suitcase Duffle bag

For those you like trekking and hiking, back packers that need a bag pack that will fit all their stuff but also isn’t too big and wants it to fit as hand luggage.
Back pack for backpackers

Big pack packs for the serious back packers who need to bring a lot with them when travelling. Best if you’re going camping and need to bring camping gear or if you’re going for months to a year away at a time. (make sure to choose the 70L bag option)
Big Back Pack:

Travel cubes are a great way to neatly pack and organise your bags, without having products leak or items getting lost. Travel cubes are popular for being a game changer.
Travel cubes

Probably the most genius invention ever for travels, but this will allow you you be able to carry a water bottle with you all the time, without the extra weight and space of a water bottle. Fill it up after you pass check in and security at the airport or whenever you find filtered water on your tours!
Collapsible water bottle

I wear these every night to sleep. They are a game changer for sleeping on planes, at hostels, in airport, on buses and trains ect! I wear them every night in my own home now too
Loop noise cancelling earplugs

While we are on the loop earplugs, these ones are perfect if you’re going out to raves or festivals or you have sensory issues due to ADHD or autism. They help reduce the background noise around you but with still being able to hear the conversations you are having.
Loop earplugs for conversations

You can get these anywhere, I just thought I would add them to the list so you do not forget to get yourself one of these! As these are another game changer if you are going to be sleeping on planes, busses, in airports or hostels, to keep lights out of your eyes while you sleep.
Eye mask

This one is one of the cheapest, yet best First Aid kits to get. It even comes with a tourniquet which most kits do not, and it is small so it shouldn’t take much room in your bag nor add weight to your luggage. Just do not put it in your hand luggage as there is scissors in there (or just remove them).

If you’re looking for earphones that are of quality, that will hold in your ears and be sweat resistant for your sports, than these are the ones for you!
Noise cancelling & sweat proof earphones

Mini travel sized hand sanitiser you can clip to your bag. This will often become your best friend on public transport or in rural places. You will also be the most popular person with one of these, as everyone will want some!
Travel Hand Sanitiser

If you do not have one of these to protect your passports in, then you need to get one asap! A passport wallet or protector is a must, as any water damage or folds in your passport can result in your passport being denied. (you will be unable to use your passport).
Travel wallet

This one is simple but will save you a whole lot of germs in your mouth and also from any products with chemicals leaking onto your toothbrush. I cannot travel without one of these.
Tooth brush cover

Another simple one that will be a game changer. A soap container. To avoid all your stuff from getting soaped up!

These aren’t compulsory to bring on your travels, but they will make flights and long journeys a lot more comfortable for you as often we swell up during travels.
Compression socks

Multi compartment toiletry bag are going to make your travels so much easier, as finding your needed items will be easy. A big toiletry bag is also such a win, along with having a hook to hook your bag to bathroom doors to avoid your toiletry bag falling in the sink or toilet or from getting wet on the counter.

Make recognising your suitcase and bags easily but also to keep your information on there, in case your luggage gets lost or stolen, or that you can claim it back as proof it is yours.
Luggage tags

Tripod that can also be used as a selfie stick, so you can take the most scenic photos of yourself during your solo travels! This one is compact and light, which is a great alternative to professional tripods that take so much space and are very heavy to carry and expensive.
Tripod/selfie stick

To seperate all your dirty clothes from the clean ones in your bag, but also so you can hand it in like that the laundry places when you are travelling without your items missing (as this happens often).
Laundry bag

This one is a must. Your phone will run out of charge on planes or transport or during the day, which can lead to you being unable to find a way back to your hotel due to not having any maps, or uber, and can put you in dangerous situations. So cary one of these on you at all times.
Power bank

This doesn’t need an explanations, most places will need this, especially if you want to avoid dengue fever or malaria in some areas.
Insect repelent

You will need one of these for all of your bags. Not only to avoid pickpockets, but also to especially avoid anyone sneaking drugs into your bag (this happens often at the airport).
Padlock

These will help you track your bags at all times to avoid your bags getting lost or stolen. These are exactly like apple AirTags but much cheaper and come at a discount if you buy more than one.
Cheaper alternative to an airtag

This is a must for traveling. Generally you need to bring your own towel everywhere unless you’re staying in a resort. These towels are super small and compatible and dry extremely quickly, no other towel is suitable for travels.
Microfiber towel

In case of emergency or if you travel rural to places without electricity or go camping. Even if you do sunrise or night hikes, cace activities and any other activities where these are needed, they become handy.
